After-hours contact

The Board maintains an after-hours line for matters relating to the Labour Relations Code that arise on a weekend or holiday and can't wait until the Board resumes it regular office hours to be addressed. Board staff monitoring the after-hours line can't:

  • answer questions about Board processes
  • provide advice on issues outside of the Code
  • assist with non-urgent matters

The Labour Relations Board only deals with unionized workplaces or employees who want to unionize their workplace. Non-union employees/employers can contact Employment Standards at 1-833-236-3700.

The after-hours phone number is for matters that fall under the Labour Relations Code and must be addressed before the next business day. Find out more about who might be able to help you with an issue at work.
