Media inquiries can be sent to the Board's Information Officer

Please note, Section 146(3) of the Labour Relations Code provides that information provided to the Board “is not open to inspection by a person or a court”. This means that the Board does not disclose copies of submissions, applications, settlement information, union membership information, information about mediations, and other information that has been provided to the Board by parties. Read the Board’s Privacy Policy to learn more. 

Inquiries requesting details about a specific application are best directed to the parties to the application. 

Want to attend a hearing? Hearings are generally open to the public. However, the Board doesn’t allow hearings to be recorded. Learn more about attending a hearing and find the hearings schedule.
