CAAB/Joint Advisory Committee Member Update

Effective May 22, 2025, Trish Martini is officially designated as the Director of the Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau (CAAB) and is appointed to Chair of the Joint Advisory Committee.

The Minister of Labour has also appointed Debra Burton (Union Representative) and Randall J. Noonan (Arbitrator Representative) and has reappointed Martina Boyd (Union Representative) to sit as members of the CAAB Joint Advisory Committee, each for a term expiring January 31, 2028.
