Vice Chair Appointment

Andrew Nathan has been appointed as a Vice Chair and will be joining the Board on June 9th.

Andrew comes to the Board from the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC). There he held the role of Senior Legal Counsel, acting as counsel in proceedings before the Board and providing representation in labour arbitration. Andrew has extensive experience in labour and employment law, appearing in all levels of court in BC in matters related to collective agreements and bargaining, employment standards, human rights law, and workers’ compensation matters.

Andrew has been appointed for a four-year term. We are excited to welcome Andrew to the Board!
